Returns and Refund Policy
At MS Designs, we are committed to providing you high-quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or made a mistake in choosing the wrong size etc. and you would like to return or exchange any item in your order, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail within 7 calendar days (i.e. within 1 week) of receiving your order, using the contact information found in our Contact Us page and let us know so that we can process your return or replacement.
For returns, please send us the items you would like to return back, to our address found in the Contact Us page, in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for the postage and tracking/delivery confirmation to ensure that you have proof that we have received your returned items. Upon receipt of the item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the item(s) back to you, minus the shipping & handling charges, via the same payment method you used during your purchase (e.g it will be returned back to your credit card if you originally paid with a credit card). We reserve the right to refuse your return if we determine that the item has been used or misused/damaged.
Replacements & Exchange
For replacements, please call us first and get an estimate for return postage for us to ship you back the replacements. Then send us a check or make a payment via credit card for the return postage. You can also provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your items back to you, if you prefer or have your own shipping provider. Then return the item(s) you would like to be replaced, along with clear instructions on what replacement item(s) to send you, back to our address found in the Contact Us page. Upon receipt of the item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will ship you the replacement item(s) back to you. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange/replacement if we determine that the item has been used or misused/damaged.
