Returns and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you high-quality products that meet or exceed your expectations.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase or made a mistake in choosing the wrong size etc. and you would like to return or exchange any item in your order, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail within 7 calendar days (i.e. within 1 week) of receiving your order, using the contact information found in our Contact Us page and let us know so that we can process your return or replacement.

Returns

  • You may return the items you purchase provided the items are in the same unused/new ondition that you received.  
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless we approve an exception to cover the charges due to damaged/defective or extraordinary circumstances.
  • You will need to ensure your shipping method has a tracking number so that you can track your return and confirm we receive it.
  • Upon receipt of your return and verifying that it is new/resalable condition, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the item(s) back to you, minus the shipping & handling charges, via the same payment method you used during your purchase (e.g it will be returned back to your credit card if you originally paid with a  credit card).  
  • We reserve the right to refuse your return if we determine that the item has been used or misused and is deemed not in a resale condition.

Replacements & Exchange

  • For replacements, please call us first and confirm what item(s) you would like to replace or exchange, so that we can verify stock avaialbility and confirm if we have the items that you like as replacement/exchange.
  • Then return the item(s) you would like to be replaced, along with clear instructions on what replacement item(s) you need, and ship the items back to our address found in the Contact Us page.  
  • You will need to ensure your shipping method has a tracking number so that you can track your return and confirm we receive it.
  • Upon receipt of your return and verifying that the returned items are in a new/resalable condition, we will send you a payment request to cover additional costs for the replacement items (if not like for like exchange) and additional shipping costs for sending you back the replacement items.
  • Upon payment of the additional invoice amount, we will ship you the replacement item(s) back to you
  • We reserve the right to refuse your exchange/replacement if we determine that the item has been used or misused/damaged.
