| Q. How do
you ship the order and what about taxes and customs duties? |
|
For Customers located in the USA
We normally ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and will
provide you with a tracking number to track your package. Where ground
shipping option is not available, we ship via the next lowest cost option
available. Both UPS
and FedEx
can provide you an estimate of delivery time and cost, on their websites,
depending on where you are located. Our mailing zip code is 45040.
All state, local and federal taxes applicable if any are your responsibility.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF
OHIO
Ohio residents will be automatically
charged sales tax upon checkout. If you are a reseller in Ohio, your purchase
maybe tax exempt. You must mail or fax a proof of your tax-exempt status,
in order for us not to charge any sales tax!
For International Customers
Generally, for orders up to $400 in value, we can ship via USPS Global
Express mail, without the need for a licensed customs broker to clear
your goods upon arrival at your destination. For bulk orders, you will
probably have to have the goods cleared by a licensed customs broker in
your country. Please consult your local customs authority for specific
rules and regulations in your country.
We can also ship on F.O.B. terms via FedEx, UPS or DHL provided you give
us your shipper account number. If you have an account number with FedEx,
UPS or DHL, they can generally act as your customs broker as well and
clear your goods for you.
If you do not have a shipper account number
with FedEx, UPS or DHL (or other major carrier), you must provide us your
customs broker information or fax us an authorization that you personally
take responsibility to clear customs in your country, because your goods
may be held up indefinitely with your customs officials upon arrival in
your country, if it requires a formal entry. It is your responsibility
to check and comply with local rules and regulations regarding customs
clearance issues.
All shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other fees applicable
are your responsibility.

|
A. We give a base coat of Copper and
then a top coat of Gold, Silver or Rhodium as you specify. The plating
is hard acid Gold plating and is durable as opposed to the usual alkaline
plating. Our electroplating facility is ISO 9002 certified by KEMA of
Netherlands and is state of the art. For our U.S. customers, we generally
plate 14 Karat color, but we can also match any color sample provided
by you, with a 100% color match guarantee when you provide us the sample.
Our specialty is that the entire lot will have the same color and from
shipment to shipment the same color will be maintained.
